As-Salaam-Alaikum,

    I want to share an organization with you all that is dear to my heart. I hope my readers can share this post to help gain awareness. 

  Since 2014, New American Pathways has been a nonprofit organization established to help refugees get back on their feet. Much of the funding from this organization has come from the public, the government, and private individuals. New American Pathways is the result of a merger of two organizations (RRISA and RFS) that have been around since 1977. After the merger, New American Pathways funding has slumped but the number of refugees in the greater  Atlanta area continues to grow. The organization needs a plan that will increase donations as well awareness to make New American Pathways a household name in the Atlanta community.

        New American Pathways struggles to raise awareness and donations because of its limited social media presence and because a large portion of their donations from private citizens and public companies are done online, their funding is not what it has the potential to be. Despite the longevity of the prior organizations before the merge, it is difficult to educate the public on what New American Pathways is if their social media accounts are not being updated. They aren’t focused on publicity because  New American Pathways main goal is to help new refugees in the area assimilate to their new life in America. 

This post is to shed light on the, New American Pathways program because it is important that as humans we help each other. I hope you all consider to donate to this local charity . I hope this post  increase the number of stakeholders by targeting publics that can help New American Pathways reach its potential. This post is used to help with outreach and sponsorships, potential new volunteers and donors, as well as other refugee organizations internationally.
